TicketBastard

How do $19 tickets end up costing $34.75???
I hate them. Why is there a processing fee AND a convenience fee? Isn't it convenient for them to process my order online? And I have to pay more to print my tickets? I don't see how it's 2.50 worth for them to email me a pdf! Ridiculous!
Oh well, everything's just wonderful cause I'm going to Lily Allen.

I bitched about this on my own blog almost two years ago. It seems they've raised the price of printing your own tickets since then...
----
FULL PRICE TICKETS US $79.75 x 2
Total Convenience Charge(s) US $12.00 x 2

Additional Taxes US $0.96
Order Processing Charge(s) US $4.05
Standard Mail No Charge

That’s about 15% of each ticket for a “Convenience Charge”. Holy shit, 15%!! Just for the mere “convenience” of it. And then there is the Order Processing Charge. So I have to pay both for convenience and processing. I would think that processing the order is part of the convenience of ordering them from Ticketbastard. But I guess I’m wrong. But oh, look. . . No Charge for standard mail. What a deal! I’ll deposit the 37 cents I’m saving there into the bank.

Know what is funny? They try to get you to print your tickets out online. Why? Because it’s cheap and easy for them. They don’t have to print and mail you the tickets if you print them out yourself from the web. So since this special service saves them money, they provide it for free, right? Noooo. Wrong. They charge you $1.75 for the priviledge of printing out your own damn tickets instead of having them do it for you. But you get your tickets FAST man! Who cares? Having the tickets right away doesn’t mean you can go to the event sooner. The event happens when it’s scheduled to happen, and you can’t go any earlier than that no matter how fast you get your tickets.

Fuckers.
