Impaired Hare

Last night I was out, and overheard someone (who was pretty attractive and built) describing his Paul Frank shirt as "Isn't it cute?!? A rabbit is doing math!"



I wanted to say "that's retarded" but I was informed by Colin that in Illinois (at least in the schools) you can't say "mentally retarded" anymore, but now must say "cognitively impaired."
So yeah, "that's impaired!"
