I swear I didn't write this...

It's pharm mnemonic time. While I'm working on those, others are working on comprehensive lists of the drugs and side effects. I swear I didn't write the following (read the end):

Cocaine – indirect sympathomimetic potentiates NE > epinepherine by blocking reuptake of catecholamines at adrenergic nerve terminals.

CNS: General stimulation, euphoria, dysphoria, followed by depression
CV: small doses --> bradycardia; moderate doses --> tachycardia, vasoconstriction, Local anesthetic: blocks Na+ ion channels --> ↓ nerve fiber conduction.

Clinical: surface anesthesia
Side effects: CV (fatal arrhythmias, coronary vasospasm). Turning into Whitney and Bobby
